I was wandering through the Mookin-Bah Reserve on Brisbane's bayside on a "Coffee & Camera" walk with my local camera club, when somebody pointed out that the upper part of the Y-shaped branch on a tree ahead of us looked strangely misshapen. We were in a forested area and I had a bit of difficulty picking up which tree and which branch he meant. So I asked him to point to it and looked along his arm.
This is what I saw:
A Tawny Frogmouth!!!! - How's that for camouflage?
