anyone know how to fix this issue with my camera body?

5dmkiii idk what part this is but if i tilt camera it falls back to side. problem is it keeps falling into my shot.

I think that's part of your shutter. It snaps across the sensor upon exposure. Looks like it needs service. Try KEH.com. I just got my 1DsIII serviced there. They did a good job. Decent reasonable pricing.

I've had good luck with KEH. Not the cheapest necessarily for used gear, but they stand behind it and know what's going on when/if things go wrong.
